Can I duplicate or republish a report to the same workspace?

The goal here is to have two instances of the same report published in the same workspace, both of them using the same unique dataset. (I need to deploy using two distinct default pages).

Even if I rename the report, the second upload still replaces the report and keeps the new name.

Tried renaming the dataset which will allow to deploy another instance of the report but then I also have two datasets.

Am I missing something?

Hi there

What I would do is if you are a member or higher role in the app workspace?

Then open a new instance of Power BI Desktop, click on Get Data and find Power BI Datasets.

Connect to the same datatset in the App Workspace.

Create, save and upload your new report with a different name to the same app workspace.

This will then use the shared dataset from the same App workspace.

Thing is I want to only maintain one pbix file. It's a BIG report (hundred of pages) so maintenance is an issue.
