Can I create the Measure, Calculated field in Operations Management Suite's Dataset ?

I want to create the Measure and Calculated fields in the Dataset from Operations Management Suite.

From 'TimeGeranated" field which TimeZone is GMT, I want to create 'TimeGenatedJST' field.

and create per 10 minutes Counts measure.

Can I create these ?

The Query is greate to change TimeZone.

But, Dataset send by Operations Management Suites cannot use Query in Power BI Service.

There is no way to use Query in Operations Management Suites function.
