Calculation in measure changes from PBI Desktop to PBI Service

Hi,

I have a measure in Power BI :

Salesplan liters = Calculate(SalesPlan[SalesPlanLiters],
FILTER(ALLSELECTED(Dates),
Dates[Year-Month] >= MAX(Dates[Year-Month])))

Year-Month is a calulcated column = EOMONTH(Dates[Date],0)

In Power BI Desktop this works fine and gives me full month of the current month visible in a graph compared to actual produced liters. When I publish the report then at first the calculation looks correct, but then after a run of scheduled refresh the calculation changes and stops to show the full month and shows MTD.

Do you know what might cause this?

Thanks,
Tinna

Dates[Year-Month] >= MAX(Dates[Year-Month])

How can it ever be larger than the maximum?
