I have one column consider "excess_aggregate"and two measure's one is "Quality Excess Agreegate" and another is "selling Price" in this i want to calculate the min of three it give's me error of A Circular dependicy please let me know any workaround to this problem.

First, you should know that column is static but measure is dynamic
1. Calculation column/table not support dynamic changed based on filter or slicer.
2. Measure can be affected by filter/slicer, so you can use it to get dynamic summary result.

Therefore, measure value will changed with different row context.
and for your case, it looks like a max value in measure problem, please refer these two posts, they have the similar logic:
