CSV file refresh error

Hi all,

I am having issue with refreshing my csv file from Gateway.

The error is as below:

Something went wrong
Unable to connect to the data source undefined.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.
Underlying error code: -2147467259 Table: DeviceActions.
Underlying error message: The specified culture is not supported.

There is some indication that this is some sort of data format error but tough to say exactly. You could check the Issues forum here:
