I am having no problems on my desktop refreshing my CRM data with the connection noted in the attached image, but in the service it the refresh always fails with the same message as noted in the error message. Can someone help? I believe I have credentials working. So I have to manually update this everyday.

This is resolved. It was the Privacy item - needed to be set to NONE. Now refreshes fine.

Does the privacy level is consistent in both desk and service? Did you try to use the OAuth in service?
If you connect to Dynamics CRM online, you would need to enter the OrganizationData.svc URL and use oAuth2 authentication method to connect to the data source.
Still getting the error. I open the model on the desktop and it works fine using the Common Data Service login with credentials below working with no problems (see left image). I mimic this on the PowerBI Service (on the right), and the sign in seems to take. Still get the error below.
