Is not possible to see any MENU in powerbi Service.

Problem solved but with different kind of solution.
First of all , just to inform others , in case that you want to use external e-mail of your organization account , when you upload the PBIX report in PowerBI service then is not possible to see any menu except report menu.
In order to see, all functionalities, you must use internal e-mail like Yourname@yourcompanyname.onmicrosoft.com . If you use this kind of e-mail everything will work great.

It works fine in my machine. And I don't find others encounter the issue either.
Please try to check if it works fine in other machines. And then clear your website cache and reboot your machine.
