Trying out the new Business Central on-premise connector that is mentioned in this post:
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-october-2018-feature-summary/
Unfortunately I'm not able to use the data source even if I have the december version of the on-premise gateway installed (version 3000.0.265 (december 2018))
When refreshing the dataset I get this error :
I'm not able to choose the DataSourceKind manually when adding a new datasource to the gateway.
Hope someone can help.
Could you connect to Dynamic 365 Business Central in power bi desktop? Please check if the Odata URL of data source path is valid, also check if you have configure the credentials on power bi service.

Thanks for your input.
Yes - I'm able to connect to the data in the Power BI Desktop.
I have tried to refresh the data - using both the normal password of the user account and also the WebServiceKey. Nothing works. The users is setup to authenticate through BASIC authentication, and I can connect if I use the oData datasource instead of the "Dynamics 365 Business Central (on-premises)" connector.
