[Bug] Duplicated Report Pages after downloading Content Pack

Hello everyone,

today I've encountered (what I think is) a bug.

I created a Content Pack with a report with some pages.

Then, I applied some editing and updated the Content Pack again.

When updating it, it appeared an error (I don't remember the details, something like "Error while updating the Content Pack).

So I updated it again. and it seemed to be succesful.

After this, the original report will be shown as usual, but if you download the Content Pack, the report downloaded will have some pages duplicated.

Is this a known issue?

Hi @MaxItaly,

Do you mean downloading Content Pack is installing it from My Organization? If so, I can't reproduce it. I would suggest you file a support ticket here.

There has been an error while updating the Content Pack, but I managed to updated it after this without showing errors.

I think that error caused the duplication of the pages, since when I changed the content of the content pack and re-created it, it worked correctly.

Quite annoying for a bug, since it told to have updated correctly on the second try.
