When publishing an App to a new user, the user will then receive an email. The user will receive a link looking something like this: https://azure.microsoft.com/email/?destination=https%3A%2F%2Fapp.powerbi.com%2F%2FRedirect%3Faction%...>
When clicking on this link, the user gets redirected to a blank screen, ultimately ending up at simply "app.powerbi.com".
It should be noted that the same thing happens when copying the link that is given to you after publishing an app, e.g. https://app.powerbi.com/Redirect?action=OpenApp&appId=<appId>&ctid=<ctid>
If I give the user the app url, it works, e.g.:
https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/apps/<appId>/dashboards/<dashboardId>?ctid=<ctid>
So it seems these "Redirect" URLs are just not working.

Based on my test using Chrome and MS edge , I cannot reproduce your issue here. I tried all the three kinds of links. All of them worked well for me. What kind of browser did you use? Could you please try to clean the cache and try again?

I've submitted a support ticket where they had me in try in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and IE. I sent a fiddler trace so hopefully they can help track down the issue.
Only IE worked. Clearing the cache and using a private session both did not resolve the issue.
