Bookmarks work in desktop but not in service

I have created some bookmarks to clear filters. In other words, they are linked to the default state of the page (no slicers applied). These work fantastic and consistently in desktop. However, in the cloud they work intermittently and sometimes not at all.

I have tested multiple times. There is no doubt that the bookmarks function correctly in desktop. It's only in the cloud where they fail.

Has anyone else run into this or a similar issue with bookmarks?

I have created bookmarks to clear filters. In other words, they are linked to the default state of the page (no slicers applied).

These work predictably and fantastically in desktop but fail in service. In service they only work intermittently or not at all.

Has anyone else experienced this or something similar with bookmarks? If so, have you been able to find a solution?

Upon further testing, the behavior of service is as if I have unchecked the Data setting on the bookmark. If I leave the page and click on any link back to it, it does not reset the slicers. Instead, it remembers the slicers I last used. This is not the behavior I want in this case. I want it to forget the slicers.
