Blank tiles when sharing report

When my report is shared, the tiles are all replaced with white boxes with a large "X" in each of them. I'm wondering if this is a dataset issue since all of the background images are still visible. Is there a reason this may be happening, and is there a potential solution for it?

Yes; I deleted all roles (they were not being used) and that seemed to fix the problem. Thanks!

@Anonymous ,

Do you mean that the users that you share dashboard to are unable to view the tiles? If so, are there any error messages?  Do you apply Row Level Security(RLS) to the dataset?

Regards,
Lydia
