Hi,
We're using Google BigQuery as the datasource and the storage type is Direct Query. We've been using Power BI Online for a long time now. However, it suddenly failed during the weekend (saturday night).
The error indicates that the Model cannot be loaded. Looking further, it indicated that the credentials do not have access to the dataset. We tried updating the credentials and it worked for an hour before failing to load again. Sometimes, it would indicate that the credentials do not have access to the dataset even if we're using the right accounts with BigQuery access.

Hi, @PowerBI-client
I never encountered a similar error.
You can take a try to clear and re-enter the datasource permissions in powerbidesktop and then republish the report to PowerBI Service.
If the issue is still unsolved,it is suggested to create a support ticket to investigaet this issue.
Once you create a support ticket and get any workaround, please kindly share it here for reference.

Hi @v-easonf-msft ,
Upon republishing the reports to the Power BI Service, it works temporarily, then goes down again after 1 hour.
This doesn't happen with the Power BI Desktop, so it must be an issue with the connection thru the service.
Thanks!
