Hey guys,
So per company policy, passwords are changed frequently, last few times I had to update all my gateway user/password connections manually. Then also go into Power Automate and update password there as well. Is there a better way of doing this? anyone else experiencing the same?
think this should all somehow be sync, change in one and it changes accross
Thanks
Hi, @Joorge_C
I think you have to manually update your credentials to make the scheduled refresh go on. For security reasons, we also don’t’ recommend you to enter your credential information into a third-party tool to automatically update credentials, which can be very dangerous.
Thank you very much!

Hi @Joorge_C,
we use service (or managed) accounts for this, of which the passwords don't change (that often). So no personal accounts are used in our gateway connections.
