Best pratice to import data from AAD Authorization API

Hi, all,

I need to import data from restful api, the api need bear token to request.

So currently I import dataset by python script in Power BI Desktop, and it works well.

The python script imports "datetime,msal,pandas,requests" module, it would acquire token first then call two RESTful API and merge them as one pandas DataFrame.

In the future I am going to enable schedule refresh in Power BI Service. So I would like to know:

1. Could I pass argument to python script since AAD authorization requires client secret?

2. Could python script dataset suitable for Power BI Service?

Or, could anyone suggest me another solution to get the data from AAD Authorization API? Like by Power Query?

Solve it by myself.

I use Azure Function with basic auth to wrap the AAD authed API.
