Hi All,
I'm having issues scheduling a refresh a dashboard that is using the Azure Cosmos DB as its data source. The only way I can properly refresh is by re-publishing the dashboard into Power BI service.
When I attempt to refresh via Power BI service I get a credential failure:
I'm inputting the correct account key, but I'm having no luck. I've already tried deleting the dataset and recreating it. Any idea how to solve this issue?
Hi NoobToPro,
This issue is more related to azure cosmos db side which may caused by your cosmos database key is timeout. You should configure default consistency for an azure cosmos account.
Please refer to this documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cosmos-db/manage-account#keys.

No it has not.
@v-yuta-msft, according to this topic on Github the refresh feature on Power BI service doesn't support Cosmos DB. Is this accurate?
