Hello,
I have started working in a company and we are trying to find a work around or solution with regards to subscriptions on the reports we send out to our customers.
Every day we send many reports to our customers automatically. However at the moment we dont have any system to trace whether these mails/reports are valid or contain errors.
We are looking for a way that when power bi fail to refresh data or other errors come up to not send out these reports.
Do you know if there is any solution around this within power bi? We have tried to use power automate as well but without
success so far. Below is an example (what i can share at least) of an email of a failed report.
Any ideas will be more than welcome.

There is no way to detect the error in report or something. Not sure how to automatically sent the report to your customers., In this case, it is recommended to use subscription. For example, subscriptions set to After Data Refresh for your dashboard or report only send an email after the first scheduled refresh.

@V-pazhen-msft thank you for your reply. We use the subscription already. The problem is that we want to block some of the emails from sending out via the subscriptions in case those mails contain a fail message as the one shown above.
Apparently there is no way to do that in power bi.
