How do I automate "Export to PDF" ?

Hi @Nithya_R ,
You could refer to this blog.
You will need a Premium license to do it.
Here's the solution. BI Helper bihelper.tech automates the generation of PDF / PPTX reports from Power BI (Pro and Premium), with slicers and filters applied either in batch mode or at runtime. Our implementation bypasses the limitations of the Power BI API endpoints.
In BI Helper, you can select pages to print, schedule and generate multi-page PDF / PPTX reports and email them to your users. Our clients routinely run hundreds of reports of up to 30 pages each, with the process fully automated from report generation to delivery.
BI Helper is simple to configure and use with your Power BI reports and dashboards. It is secure and scalable and we offer a 14 day free trial. Test it out and let us know how it works.

Hi, were you able to find a solution? I tried to do the subscribe thing but IM getting a PNG file instead of PDF and I dont have the option to select the type of file format to be sent. I have a PRO user, dont know if thats the problem.
Also, regarding the export PDF and store it in centralized store, did you find a way to do it? Because right now what I think is that it will only arrive as in email and to do that maybe a external software will have to parse the email and get attachments and upload them somehwere.
Please let me know, thanks

The question was, if we can "Export powerbi report as PDF and store" from the Power BI-Server, not paginated Reports. Is it possible?
Yes, you can do this from Power BI Service if you have a Power BI Pro license. See https://bihelper.tech for details on how to do this.
Unfortunately we have to use the local on-premise-installation of Power BI because of data security reasons. In that version we don't have that option 😖
