Auto Exporting Power BI report PDF to FTP server

Hi,

I need to display my report in the PDF format on Web page, Can you please suggest how we can do that?

Also we have Report status column so if report status is "Approved", by clicking on Download button Power report PDF should get stored on FTP server.

I found that with Power BI Rest API that is possible but I am looking for the any other alternative to achieve it. Can you please suggest me any alternative approach?

@Anonymous I am not aware of anything, maybe check out Power BI Robots, they have some handy automation capability. Other than that, it is pretty much the Power BI REST API and Power Automate.

@Anonymous , I think API route might be better. I try to check if power automate has something on this.

Please check Power Automate as something to offer .

Another way is to schedule an email and read the email and put on FTP . It will have its own limitation
