Authentication issue from Dynamics 365

Hi,

I have been using Power BI dashboards in Dynamics 365 for the best part of 6 months now without any problems, but since yesterday haven't been able to access them through Dynamics 365. I now get the error message below anytime I select a  dashboard. I can open the dashboard in Power BI but not through Dynamics. I'm not finding much information about why this is suddenly happening or how to solve the problem. Has anyone come across this before and how did you solve it?

Hi,

It turned out to be the Data Gateway that was malfunctioning. Since the datasources were from Azure, I simply switched off the gateway and things are now working again. I am however still trying to find out why the gateway stopped working.

Hi @wenners68,

The error message shows it very clearly. It's a configuration error. Please contact the people who create it.

Hi @wenners68

It would appear to me that something has changed in the underlying URL, which is being displayed in the error you are receiving?

Possibly confirm this from the Dynamics people.
