Attachments in a Service Description

I have signed up as a PowerBI Premium User to test the functionality of adding an attachment file to a report.  However, it is still greyed out.  I thought that was all that was necessary?  Am I missing something?  I have read the articles here so I must be doing something wrong.  TIA!

Check whether there are these restrictions:

• They're in an upgraded workspace with Power BI Premium or Premium Per User.
• The attachment file is under 25 MB in size.
• The report has fewer than 20 pages.

Pay attention to:

This attachment feature will respect all privacy labels applied to the report, it just like export report to PDF or PPTX. Thus, it will respect the limitation of Export reports from Power BI to PDF and  Export reports to PowerPoint. In some situations, the report can't be exported to PDF or PPTX.

Hi Liu, I appreciate your help.  It is still greyed out.  As noted below, the workspace is based on the Premium Per User licenses and I am the Premium User.  I can export the report fine to PDF.  When doing a subscription to send out the PDF I still get the Full Report Attachment As....greyed out.

Have you changed your App Workspace to be running in Premium per User as shown below?

Once that is done when you create a subscription you will then get the option to add an attachment.

Yes, it shows exactly like what you are showing.  Still greyed out.  And I do have a Premium User license.  I assume I do not have to have a Pro license as well.
