HI,
I have connected power bi to Athena trough Smibha Athena ODBC Driver. Successfully created the reports but when I scheduling the Hourly refresh sometime it succeeds some time it fails. But most of the time was failed, i am getting error like "ERROR[HY000] [Simba][Athena](1120) An unexpected error has occurred during stream read.it could be caused by the stream buffer exceeded its maximum capacity.please consider lowering the RowsToFetchPerBlock value and try again.[Execution ID:0d3c8d08-c474-474d-be67-7e7c9d2b36dd][Failbit:1][Badbit: 0][Eof:1]"
In the configuration of the Odbc Driver Row ToFetchPerBlock is montioned 10000.
Can some one please help me on this.
Hey Nagraju, I am facing the same issue. Did you resolved it? It would be great help if you could post the solution for this issue.
@Anonymous Did you solve this issue? Im having the exact same one
thanks
Hi Pardiles,
We raised the ticket with the microsoft support team, but we didn't get the proper solution, they are saying try to reduce the Row To Fetch Count only
our case we maintined 7k As "Row to Fetech Count" then refresh was worked properly
Thanks!!

Hi @Anonymous ,
Have you tried lowering the RowsToFetchPerBlock value or reducing the frequency of refresh?
