How can we assign Power BI Pro to guest users within our tenant?
On the Office 365 admin portal, the product licenses management option is only available for the internal users but not for the Azure AD B2B guest users. So, how to assign a Pro license if this option is not available?

The product doco also does not cover this topic - I've pointed that out so hopefully that will get fixed.

@mike_honey : did you see any difference or know what if the guest user is given pro license for accessing the reports and guest user where reports are being shared using powerbi app . do you know or found any differences as such?.

There's a long list of limitations ref the link below. But a typical Consumer-type user should not be affected very much.
