As of 4/20/2022 our date filters do not allow us to select into the future

Our cloud report filters are all frozen with an end date of 4/20/2022.  Not able to change the end date.  I can fix this by exporting the pbix file, but some additional functionality is missing.  We used to be able to choose the month beginning and end date at the start of the month.  Now we can only select the end date of current data. So the end date has to be updated every day which is not ideal.  Has there been an enhancement to create this new functionality?

Hi  @Anonymous ,

I created some data:

You might consider creating a calendar table and use the dates on the calendar table as a slicer that changes as the date changes

Here are the steps you can follow:

1. Create calculated table.

Table 2 = CALENDAR(MIN('Table'[date]),TODAY())

2. Join the relationship between the two tables.

3. Result:

Use Table2's Date as a slicer to select
