Hi, we've got a demo App in our organization that sometimes share with AAD guests users and I've noticed that guest users can't manage alerts. They all have a Pro license in their own tenant. Is this a known limitation?
The same users that can't set an alert in the shared app can do it in a dashboard from a workspace they have access to.

Hi @v-luwang-msft , this app is rather simple and doesn't have RLS enabled.
I've done some tests and this is what external users are getting:
-Sharing only the app with dataset Build+Share on and off -> Can't manage alerts nor export to csv from the app
-Sharing the workspace as Viewer/Member/Admin -> Can't manage alerts nor export to csv from the app, but now the user can manage alerts and export to csv from the individual dashboards.
It seems to me that there is incosistent behaviour between App and Dashboards shared to external users that should be fixed in the Service.

Hi @PabloVR ,
Check that you have RLS configured? In my opinion ,alert with not limitations on alert .refer:

It had to do with RLS and the user not being assigned to the correct group. Because of this, the dashboard was not displaying any data and the "Manage alerts" option was not available. Once the user was assigned to the correct group, the "Manage alerts" option appeared and the user was able to successfully configure their alerts.
