ArcGis, Esri map -Cannot to pin dashboard.

Hi

I have not been able to pin a map which plots abot 1500 recodrs  on the map. I get the below error. Is there as setting or fix for this.

we have the Pro licence. the Verion of Deskto is the July update.

pelase advise is anyone ahs had this issue and have managed to fix the same.

It was an Internet explore issue. Change to M Edge or Chrom ... worked like a treat.

Hi @charmainer,

I create a ArcGis map, publish it to service, there is no problem to pin dashboard. For your issue, please filter your table to a few records, test and check if it works fine? In addition, please update your PBI desktop to latest version.
