App shared with External user not showing up under "My apps"

Hi,

I shared a Power BI app in Power BI Premium capacity with an external user and also checked the box "Install app automatically". I directly sent him the link to access the app and he is able to acess the same, but he is not able to find the app under "My Apps".

He needs to use the link I sent him, each time. Is there a way he can add the app to his list of apps under "My Apps"?

Hi @vanessa,

for that to work, the guest user would need to sign in to your tenant, with the TenantId in the URL, like mentioned in Guest users who can edit and manage content.

But then the guest user doesn't have his own content available. So it's not possible to mix up content from 2 different tenants. Best way to access the App would be via the direct URL you send I think.
