When you are looking at the icons for Apps and then mouse-over an icon, it shinks and moves upwards. This looks wierd and users either think they're clicking in the wrong place and/or seem to chase the icon upwards with their mouse (as they're all used to clicking on app icons on mobile phones). It would be much better if the icon stayed the same size, and perhaps a border appeared around the app box instead.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Do you mean the icon will moves upwards like this, it is because it give space to the author and a shortcut to edit/delete apps which is useful. Based on my research, there is no way to close this feature in the official way.

OK, thank you. I've posted it as an idea. Personally, I think the majority of app users won't care who the author is, and won't need to be able to click the edit button. I think perhaps this icon behaviour should vary depending on whether you have permissions to manage the report/dataset or not.
Hi @Anonymous,
Your idea is constructive but I think that the user has only the view permission, they still may need to delete apps from them list or mark it favorite. You can put the idea that control the behavior of icon shrinks.
