Analyze in Excel not showing correct options in filters

RLS with dynamic security in Analyze In Excel is not working form me.  The data model is publisihed in the Service.

When we login to the service, RLS works as expected -- limiting the user to only one REGION in the Territory Dimension.

WHen I use the Desktop/Get Data/PowerBi Dataset and connect, RLS is applied correctly to the signed-in user.  (And when that report is published to the service, RLS is applied as expected)

However, when we use Analyze in excel, every user sees all the Regions -- RLS is not being applied.

I believe the fact that RLS works when using the Desktop to connect to the service dataset indicates the model is working correctly.  The question is why doesn' t it work with Excel?

Any Ideas?

Hi @SHHargrove,

Based on my test, it could work on my side, I think it may refer to the relationships between your tables, could you please share your pbix file to have a test if possible?
