Analyze in Excel - No Data Fields in Olap Cube

Hi All,

 

When attempting to analyze my data model in Excel 2010 on my work network I receive the error 'No Data Fields Available in the Olap Cube'. The model was was created with Odata feed and loaded from Power BI Desktop.

 

Could some one help me with this issue.

 

i downloaded 'Power BI analyser for office 64 bit' and installed. immediately connected to power BI from excel and try to connect to report which throughed me above error.

 

please tell me if i missed any steps in this process.

@narendra1,

Does the above error also occur when you connect to other reports in Power BI Service from Excel? Would you please share me your PBIX file so that I can test?

Hi @narendra1

 

Just to confirm that you created your dataset in Power BI and uploaded it to the Power BI Service?

 

Then you downloaded and installed the Power BI Publisher for Excel?

Then once you installed that you then connected to the Dataset with the Power BI Publisher you got the error?
