I am currently connecting to analysis services through Live connection ,and publishing to BI service. but end users dont want the Live data and it should be disabled. Is there any way to disconnect Live connection?

there is an option with an apply button - you choose the periode you need and apply than your choise. Don't know If this is what you looking for?

Actually you always get the latest data when connect the data with live connection mode. And each time open the report and interact with a visualization, Power BI queries the related tabular model and return the results. Hence the data always be real-time...
Maybe you can try to use Import connection mode to connect the data, and then configure the schedule refresh based on your needs. You can refer the following documents:

Do your end users not need to view the reports connected to Analysis Service through Live connection? Or do they not want the data in related reports to be updated in real time?

I have to admit that I do not fully understand what you are asking for.
Nevertheless, it's not possible to disable any of the available data sources or one of its connection modes.
