An error ocurred while processing ....

This issue started last Saturday 28th.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you connect PDF file as a data source? I just find a known issue that customers with Premium Capacities using PDF file as a data source may see refresh failures.

If it matches your situation, please wait a few days patiently. Engineers are working on a fix, ETA will be updated here soon. If not, please view the documents above to optimize Premium capacities.

No, I do not use PDFs as data source.

Well, I don't find other issues about refreshing failed with Premium Capacities. Please try to reference the links above to optimize the Capacities. It may resolve the issue.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Based on the error message, please try to set schedule refresh for different datasets at different times, and make sure that you are using the latest version of gateway.
