I have a Pro license and a Premium capacity.
Currently experiencing 2 issues:
1) I pined some visuals into a dashboard, but they never end up getting refresh after the report is refreshed. Not even after I manually click on "Refresh visuals"
2) Now when I want to access the source report I get an error saying "Underlying ErrorPowerBI service client received error HTTP response. HttpStatus: 503. PowerBIErrorCode: OpenConnectionError"
So I log in to my Microsoft account --> Help and Support --> Get help
It takes me to this site https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/ where, oh surprise, I am no longer logged in
I scroll down and click on "Create Support Ticket" --> I describe my issue --> Then click on "Continue to Support Ticket"
At this point, which is INSANE, it takes me a new window where I am being asked Which account do you want to sign out of? .. OF??
So, like, there is no way to submit a ticket. I "sign out" and then I am back to square one. This is insane, or I am
Hi @Anonymous ,
I can use different accounts to submit tickets normally. This is a link to that page.
https://microsoft.sharepoint.com/sites/biatms/Pages/Resources/GetSupport.aspx
You can change a browser or clear the browser cache and then open it to see if it can be submitted normally. If it fails, please refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/power-bi-cannot-sign-in#contact-microsoft-support
If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Winniz

You are right! I can't see where to enter a ticket.
I keep getting redirected to sign out, sign in, sign out.
