I know there have been multiple threads about this problem but I was wondering if anyone, right now, was experiencing the same issue?
It is impacting many/all users in our org and many/all reports.
I'll log a support case but seeing if it is global.
If you could get the users to clear their browser cache and try again?
If that does not work, log out of Microsoft accounts and back in?
Failing that I would then log a support ticket
