Allow Read Only Users pin tiles to their own Dashboard

Hi, 

We have set up multiple groups in service for different areas of the business and we have given them read only access. Just wondering is there a way we can allow users to pin tiles to dashboards if they only have read access?

I'm afraid currently power bi service doesn't allow read-only user to pin tile to dashboard.
