All reports in service since July update displayed in high contrast even though this is not selected

Does anyone else have an issue in that all reports in the service (even if you republish them from desktop) are shown in high contrast.  If you go to view high contrast is not selected

As said, you just ran to a temparary problem, finally it was sloved by "Reset to default".

If there is still any probelm remains, please feel free to ask.

Update - if we reset to default theme it works (our theme looks normal in PowerBi desktop though - theme created using Report Theme Generator
