All Scheduled refresh didnt run today

Hi Team,

 

Today all of our scheduled reports didnt refresh and no failure notifications as well.  It shows last refresh as yesterday(21-Dec) for all the reports.  

 

Is there any outage on the service?  Kindly help URGENTLY

 

When I try to manually refresh get below error, without much info

Yes, its intermittent now.  We could refresh some of the reports successfully. But failing for rest.

 

Got an update from support team that this is escalated to PowerBI product team.

same happened to us this morning, all datasets says next refresh 22 december xx.xx time that has passed.

Where do we raise this?  apart from the forum which takes time to get response from Power BI admins

There’s a note about this now on the support page

Users in the North Europe region may receive an error when performing scheduled refresh. Engineers are investigating the issue

It seems they have resolved the issue. I'm able to manually refresh the reports.

 

Others, please check now.
