All Data Sources Mapped, No Available Gateway Error

All of my data sources have an appropiate path in the gateway, they find a match in the Maps To dropdown.

Status is Green Check mark running.

Use a data gateway toggle, apply changes button, schedule refresh are all greyed out.

Error message says no available gateway.

This dataset is too large to publish after loaded in. I save it as a template to empty the tables, convert it back to a PBIX and cancel the load. I have succesfully done this before. This time it won't refresh.

I'm still not sure what exactly the issue is, but all it took to resolve was someone else taking over the dataset, they mapped the exact same sources, and they could refresh using the gateway.

I'm not sure if signing out and back in would have fixed it for me, but it seemed like a web/service issue and not something with my gateways or pbix.

Thanks for the links

Hi @Anonymous ,

So strange.
Try to log in to the local gateway client to check whether the gateway status is normal.

Hi there

I think that you might need some data in your tables?

Not sure what has changed, but I always have had the full dataset when uploading the reports.
