Alerts & Subscriptions: Power BI PRO to Power BI FREE

I'm going to sign up to the Power BI Pro version. 

I want to send Alerts & Subscriptions to other people in my organisation (they are all Power BI Free users).

Can I do this?

Creating a subscription can be done by:

Users with a Power BI Pro license
Users viewing content in a Premium workspace or app may also subscribe to content located there, even without a Power BI Pro license.
