We had an someone setup an alert for a few users. Now that the employee has left the company, I assumed that if removed the report in the Service, that the alerts would stop sending. But that's not the case. I can't find any alerts on the users accounts that still receive the report, which is strange. Did I make the mistake of deleting the report before turning off the alerts?!?!?
When you click on the links in the email the alert send, it takes you to a message on PowerBI.com that says:
It may have been deleted or you may not have access to view it.
Again, I've even gone to each user and tried to delete the alerts but the service says there are NO alerts.
I'm not sure what else to do so we stop getting these alerts. Any advice???
