Again, no images in "publisch to web"

Hello Community,

my clients are (again) complaining, that they cannot see images placed in a dashboard which has been published to web. I dont know what the problem is, perhaps someone can clarify on that.

Are there maybe any specific aspects to consider when updating powerbi (August Update) or updating a single report? Perhaps it needs a little time to transfer images?

Looking forward to an explanation and a possible solution 🙂

This is a known issue that has been reported internally: CRI 779681873.

Please wait for some time, product team is working on this problem and it would be fixed later.

Will update here once I get any information.

Hey v-piga-msft, thanks for coming back to me quickly. Good to know that you are having that issue on your agenda. 

I have tried to save the report under a new name, publish it again, and created a new online link, it seems to be working right now but I guess there is still some uncertainty involved due to this glitch.
