Hello All,
After publishing the Power BI Paginated Report to Power BI service the Date Picker does not replaces the newly selected date from the date picker(Calendar) until the entered selected date is cleared manually in the text box? Can any one please confirm is this the default behaviour when it is published?

It’s a known issue , the ID for ICM is 260591295 .
I will continue to pay attention to this issue , or you can use this ID to ask Microsoft staff about the progress of this issue .

Yes we are having this issue also, they have been working fine but now all of a sudden non of the paginated reports that uses the Calendar Date Picker are working? Has Microsoft done a update on Power BI service recently that is causing this issue?
