Admin portal Usage Metrics blank

I'm trying to view usage metrics for all our reports via the Admin portals "Usage metrics" page, but it appears that the page entirely fails to load:

I have the PowerBI Service admin role, all reports are created and published by me, and all usage metrics settings are enabled in "Tenant settings".

I can also generate the per-report usage metrics with no issue.

Is there something obvious I am missing?

I would suggest you could try to open a support ticket.  Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
