Admin Portal access when not an Office 365 Global Admin

Our organization uses Power BI and Office 365. I am the PowerBI admin, but I am not in IT and am not a Office 365 Global Admin. However, I would like to be able to access the the PowerBI admin protal to manage and monitor our usage. Does anyone know of a way to enable access to the admin potal without requiring someone to be set up as a Office 365 global admin?

Based on my research, to access Power BI Admin Center needs to have a license for Microsoft Power BI for Office 365. Except this way, I havn't found any way can access Power BI Admin Center.

As of today you must be an Office365 Global Admin to access the Power BI Admin Portal.

I agree, there needs to be a way to delegate that to someone without giving them the privileges that GA gives.
