Adding a user from a sister company to an App - is it possible?

Hi everyone,

I've built a (new experience) Workspace, transformed it to Premium Capacity, and launched the App. The colleagues love it.

However, they want to have a couple of colleagues from one of our sister companies to be able to see the report. I've tried adding their emails, but I got an 'email is invalid' warning.

Just to clarify, we have a @ourcompany.com email and they have a @theircompany.com one.

Any chance we could add them?
