Adding Power BI Reports/Dashboards to D365 Using App-only Authentication

I recently discovered this video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZhMfpdXLIw0 ) where they demonstrate Power BI embedding within a third-party application by utilizing Microsoft's new app-only authentication support. By doing third party embedding, it eliminates the need for users to have a Power BI license in order to view the data being embedded, as opposed to how reports are most commonly exposed in D365 through IFrames where a Power BI license is still required for all users ( https://www.inogic.com/blog/2018/11/different-ways-of-publishing-power-bi-reports-in-dynamics-365-cr... ).

See what I'm getting at?

My goal is to embed certain Power BI reports or dashboards in a Dynamics 365 dashboard in a way that, for example, a Sales rep with access to Dynamics 365 but not to Power BI would be able to view a report that I've added.

I've watched the video I've linked and followed along using the same sample applications he used and have been successful but I can't wrap my head around accomplishing this in D365 or if it's even possible!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I'm using Dynamics for Sales if it wasn't obvious enough. I also just found this at the time of writing this post, but I'm still a bit lost (https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Developer/Power-BI-Embedded-Authentication-through-Azure-AD/m-p/319...).

If you read my post, I already included one of the links you posted and I explained that I do not want to add Power BI reports this way because it still requires D365 users to have a Power BI license.
