Hello,
Our Power BI service is set up with access to apps and workspaces governed by Active Directory groups. This has worked well for a few months now.
Last Wednesday we migrated our tenant region from the US to Canada. We set everything back up including our AD access and it was working without an issue.
Starting on Tuesday however all of our Active Directory groups no longer provide access. Users have to be added manually to see their content. We have 100s of users so this is not feasible long term.
We're opening a ticket with Microsoft support but in the meantime I was hoping someone from the Community might have some idea of what we could try to resolve it ourselves.

HI @BSLATTER ,
So you mean power bi contents who stored in old workspaces not availed? Have you try to create a new workspace on migrated new tenant and publish some contents and test on them?
If they work, maybe you can refer to below blog to use REST API and PowerShell to duplicate power bi group to new group workspace to 'refresh' these contents:
Duplicating workspaces by using Power BI cmdlets
