Accessing datasets of apps

I'm connecting to Xero from the Power BI Service via the 'Get Data' | 'Services' | 'AppSources' path. All ok and I can get the pre-built Xero Dashboard.

What I'd like to do is use the Xero dataset to create other charts from the data that was pulled down. However when looking at 'my workspace' the Xero dashboard and report appear but are greyed out and there is no dataset.

Does this mean I can't access the Xero dataset and correspondingly I'm restricted to what I can do with the Xero data?

If this is the case is there any other way to connect to Xero and create a dataset?

Hi @tfmeier

You could connect to it from Power BI Desktop via the Get Data and connecting to an existing Power BI Dataset
