Accessing a colleagues workspace - once they have left the business

A colleague has developed a report.  They have now left leaving their report in their personnal workspace.

Is there a way of gaining access to that workspace through powerbi admin portal to download the pbix for that report.

Thank you,  that's exactly what we did.  unfortunetely the colleague hadn't left the pbix anywhere accessable.  we have different workspaces for dev, test and prod and use pipelines to promote,  so nothing should have been in a personal workspace

Hi. I think the only way is asking for the account of member that has left. Login with it and download. I don't think the admin and API can't do anything to get it back.

You should always keep the pbix in a version control environment like git or at least sharepoint/drives.
