Hi All,
I've created a report and published it to the service in my tenant.
I've then shared the report with users outside my org. that's created as guest users in my AAD.
The setting for allowing external users (guest users in AAD) is activated.
But when I try to sign in with a guest user it prompts me with the MFA window.
The issue is that I don't get a notification on my MFA mobile app and I can't use a code either.
Any suggestions?

Hey @CRN ,
You will ahve to take that one up with the security folks - they will have to modify how MFA works. Most likely, they will also require you to put in the mobile number of the external user and the external user will have to enter their code from their phone when they sign in.

Hi @collinq,
I'll try to talk with my customer's security folks.
I've managed to narrow it down as some external users are able to acces the report while others can't. Seems to be a single customer unable to access.
Thanks for the suggestion.
